Our recruitment & deployment process

A transparent, step-by-step path from your demand letter to a worker's arrival on site.

Demand letter received

You send a demand letter addressed to Al-Farooque Overseas stating worker categories, salary, duty hours, food, accommodation and other benefits.

Candidate sourcing

We source candidates through advertisement and our official channels, headhunting directly for technical or professional roles.

Screening & verification

Every candidate is screened and background-checked against the standard provisions of Nepal's Foreign Employment Act.

Interview & selection

Shortlisted candidates are presented to you for interview and final selection, in person or remotely.

5

Power of attorney & contract

You issue power of attorney and a signed, sealed employment contract, plus a service agreement between our companies.

6

Documentation & visa

We prepare and route all paperwork — sealed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce and the Nepalese Embassy where required.

7

Deployment

We coordinate travel logistics and onboarding so workers arrive ready to perform, backed by a signed guarantee letter.

Demand letter

Addressed to Al-Farooque Overseas Pvt. Ltd. (Licence No. 1260/074/075), stating worker numbers per category with salary, duty hours, food, accommodation and other benefits.

Power of attorney

Addressed to Al-Farooque Overseas, appointing us the true and lawful attorney and agent in Nepal for the recruitment.

03

Employment contract

One copy each, signed and sealed by both the employer and the employee.

04

Service agreement

A service agreement between the employing company and Al-Farooque Overseas as the recruitment agency in Nepal.

05

Guarantee letter

Signed and stamped by the employer, confirming workers will not be deployed to other countries for work purposes.

The following are essential for KSA placements only:

  • Authorization letter / counsellor letter
  • Company registration (CR) copy
  • Visa approval slip (bank slip)
All documents should be duly sealed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chamber of Commerce or the concerned government authority, and by the Nepalese Embassy of the respective country.
